- Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of packaged drinking water, returns are not accepted once delivered.
Replacement is allowed only in cases of:
Damaged packaging at the time of delivery
Leakage or broken seals
Wrong product delivered
Quality issues supported with proof (photos/video)
All claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Consumers must follow proper storage practices:
Store water bottles in a cool, clean, dry place
Keep away from direct sunlight
Do not consume if the cap seal is broken
Consume within the period mentioned on the label
Clean 20-litre jar dispensers regularly
Kate Aqua is not responsible for contamination caused due to improper storage or external handling.
- Distributor / Dealer Terms
For all distributors, franchisees, and partners:
Only sealed packs issued by Kate Food Industries must be sold
Rate contracts must be honored as per agreement
No tampering, unauthorized refilling, or reuse of bottles/jars is permitted
Misuse of brand name or logo is strictly prohibited
Violation may lead to legal action under:
